Modified Peterbilt 389 v1.8.0

This mod is the modified version of the previous Peterbilt 389 with:

• Plenty of new animations and sounds.
• 4 new interiors.
• 6 new chassis.
• 4 new engines.

In this new version:

• Added a paint and custom version of cabin lightbar
• Added new customizable air cleaner, in paint and chrome version
• Converted some wheels from original mod to patch 1.17+ rim and tire system
• Added new front bumper
• Bug fixes
• Added new grill, Peterbilt 389 2015 Pride & Class Edition style
• Added customizable fifth wheel, in default, red, paint and paint 2 version
• Made the roof lights customizable
• Added bigger flat top sleeper
• Added 2 lights for aircleaner, orange and red light
• Added new paint option to the frame, which takes paint from template, instead base color (paint 2)
• Added 2 new sun visors bowtie style, paint and chrome version
• Added new full paint tank with wider chrom strips
• Added 2 new exhaust, flat top chrome and flat top semi paint version
• Some model fixes
• Reworked Peterbilt 351 and 359 headlights, now full 3D and with 2 sets of indicators
• Added a additional, cleaner version of the us wheels from original mod

Thanks to everyone involved in this Modified Peterbilt 389’s development. Good work!

Likes: many engine options including a monster Cat with excellent sounds, an 18-speed transmission with a retarder, short-arm side mirrors so you can always see the driver’s side mirror without head turning, a variety of fender options for the rear wheels, and cool paint options.

Issues: front bumper corner markers can be seen in external views and from the passengers seat but not from the driver’s seat (with or without fender mirrors), paint options mash the game’s font (fixed by rebooting the game), some paint jobs don’t “stick” and change to something other than the chosen options, the apple on the dash is still in the background wallpaper model displayed behind the options screen (no big deal), and the “O” key not only toggles the beacon on and off it changes the dashboard GPS display from its options display to live GPS display (don’t know where to change that option).

The truck is stable on my system and I’ve driven it over a thousand Ks without issues.

This excellent mod now gives me four stable American trucks. Thanks again, guys.
